Health Benefits

You and your dependents may enroll in medical benefits provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Coverage includes health, dental, and vision. GTL also provides long term disability insurance to it’s employees.  Short term disability insurance is available for an additional fee.

Time Off

Holiday Time Off – Accrued on a quarterly basis (20 hours each quarter), does not rollover.
Vacation Time Off – Start with 10 days (Max accrual 160 hours).  Will increase based on years of service
Sick Time Off – 40 hours

In addition, we offer flexible work schedules that can allow for longer weekends to spend time with family or pursue your interests.
